三国志姜维传中，常败军的元老们大多都能转成特殊职业。这在6.1版中曾经说过，但是那个版本转职比较麻烦，需要一些附加条件，比如战前选择，战中对话或者单挑什么的，不完成这些就无法转职，对于普通玩家来说，条件是比较苛刻的，不借用扳手的话可能会白白错过强大的职业。但在6.3版中，这些可以转职为特殊职业的将领只要到了特定关卡，就能完成转职，只是一些是在关卡中一些是在关卡后。

今天就来对比一下常败军元老转职前后的变化，转职前又该如何培养！

先来说说句扶，他和柳隐才能真正的称为常败军，那时的常败军并没有什么特殊含义，就是字面的意思，都是姜维加入后情况才得以改善。

句扶一开始的职业是重骑，这个职业转职两次后的兵种技能是强化反击，非常鸡肋的兵种技能，基本和没有差不多吧。各项成长最终可以达到SSAAA，如果句扶一直是这个职业，那么可以直接判定他为板凳队员了，但是在第二十五关段谷之战前会直接转职为突将（注意，这是6.3版才会如果是6.1版，那就需要到四十关长安之战过后才能转。）

突将的成长最终可以达到SSABX，士气X档的话致命一击几率非常高，最重要就是兵种技能换了，换成忽视暴防和横扫千军。忽视暴防主要是针对敌军佩戴的防暴击装备什么的，而横扫千军就厉害了，攻击的话可以一次攻击三个，如图中右边的那个影响范围。

句扶培养的话需要的功勋是非常多的，武力统率和运气都需要达到110，敏捷需要100。可能要到游戏中后期才能成型，需要特别说明的就是在长安之战前让他的运气达到110，那么长安之战后运气会成长到111。

柳隐在游戏中的作用还是非常大的，无论是转职前还是转职后。转职前的弓骑兵种技能为自动提升攻击，这同样很鸡肋，因为文官可以加攻击之类的。虽然兵种技能鸡肋，但是柳隐本身很强可以弥补这一点。弓骑的最终成长可以达到SAAAA，补充一点，普通职业2转后都会开启兵种技能，特殊职业直接开启。

柳隐的转职在汉中追击战过后，转职为神羿骑，最终成长虽然没有什么大的提升SAASA，但是个人天赋和兵种技能都有变化。个人天赋就不具体说了，很好理解，而兵种技能戮力同心3，这就是我军被主动攻击了，而敌方又在柳隐的攻击范围，那么柳隐就会帮着还击。

培养柳隐就是主要加敏捷和武力，达到110后再考虑其他。

赵统因为兵书二十四篇的存在，前面不至于当板凳，加上个人天赋，格挡几率很高。赵统的初始职业为轻骑，最终成型为SSAAA。

在寿春之战第六回合转职为白马骑，而6.1版和6.3版这里就有很大的差别了，6.1版是只要转职，不管敏捷是多少都会变成111，而6.3版不同，需要敏捷110才能变成111，所以在这之前，需要把赵统的敏捷培养到110才行。白马骑最终成型为SAAXA，超高的爆发加上赵统的个人天赋和白马骑的兵种技能，敌军攻击他绝大多数都是打铁的声音。如果再算上赵统的装备专属这些，那直接把他丢人堆里就不用管了。装备什么的这里就不细说了，下次再来说装备问题。

培养赵统主要是敏捷和武力，其他的等功勋充足后再培养。尤其是敏捷，转职前一定达到110。

袁綝转职前可以说是比较冷门的选手，不是因为他不强，主要还是因为移动慢，跟不上大部队。身为大戟士的袁綝，个人天赋和兵种技能都很强，最终成长为SSBAA。

转职的时间和柳隐是一样的，转职为白毦兵后，最终成长为SSAAS，成长上没有太大变化，但兵种技能变化比较大，取消了自动提升防御和穿透攻击-2格，变为二次行动。可以说转职后的袁綝比转职前强太多了，二次行动相当于用了一次回归，至少解决了移动问题，还能再次攻击，加上白毦兵的攻击是穿透3格，哪里还需要那个穿透2格。

培养袁綝主要是武力统率敏捷，敏捷最好是先提一档，确保命中率。

有个特别的人物需要专门说一下，那就是傅佥，这个人物可以说是游戏中的悲情角色，被自己最亲密的朋友出卖，导致阳安关失陷，而傅佥在阳安关之战后也是必死，所以玩家不会培养他。

这里也不是要大家培养傅佥什么的，只是说一下傅佥在阳安关之战中，会转职为战鬼，这可是游戏中最强的职业之一了，参考文鸯和甘宁，可惜的是傅佥的属性不够，不能完全发挥这个职业的实力，但在阳安关之战中也是足够强了。这也是6.3版才有的转职。

接下来轮到三位女主了，6.1版中只能选择一位女主特殊转职，但在6.3版中，3位女主都能在祁山之战这关转职。

先来说曹绫，作为敌人，曹绫是骑策，但加入我方后，就直接是枭姬了，所以骑策的属性就不看了。枭姬的最终成长为SSSAA，攻防都可以，并且移动高，会很多策略，在文官中是比较好用的。个人天赋加上兵种技能让她在文官中防御非常高，算是比较安全的，也不能像那些肉盾一样的抗输出，还是有点扛不住的。

曹绫还是培养智力为主，然后就是统率敏捷士气什么的，武力的话最后培养，我一般把他当成是文官，不会上去砍的。

诸葛果不想多说，无论是转职前还是转职后，都是我方的第一文官，只是说转职后精神成长更高，还多了一个算无遗策。

但有一点必须要说一下，那就是转职前的诸葛果移动力是很大问题，有点跟不上大部队，转职后得到改善，加上装备的套装属性再次移动，在移动方面不会落后任何人。

诸葛果主要就是培养智力，其余的不需要培养，除非功勋充足才考虑培养其他。

杨兰是女主中加入时间最早的，也是从头强到尾，转职前的个人天赋让她在山地树林中是无敌的存在。西凉骑最终成长为SSBAA，还有减轻物理损伤25%。

转职为凤凰骑后，最终成长为SSASA，还学会了霸气和凤凰烈破，兵种技能发生变化，变成所向披靡，攻击时周围八格都会受到攻击，加上凤凰烈破，那周围的人基本是没有活路的。骑兵中或许就战鬼比她强了，但战鬼没有她攻击的范围广，也没有霸气和凤凰烈破，各有各的好处吧。

杨兰前期让敏捷到100就可以了，然后就是武力统率，后期的话敏捷武力统率都要110。

最后来说主角姜维，姜维的职业最大的不足就是没有地形优势。并且转职也是发生在大后期洛阳决死战之前，能转的职业有两个，上将军和圣麟骑，这就不多说了，如图，看自己选择吧，反正都是游戏大后期了。
